I know the question is odd but I am not sure how it works in terms of the pre-load that is often available for games 1 or 2 days before release. Do Steam let you release keys early so we can activate on steam and then preload or is it just on the release day?
Generally if there is a preload keys will be before release, however its not been confirmed if there will be a preload. If there is then yes you'll be able to get your key before release :)
Basically as soon as the publisher allows keys to go out they'll go out.

Thank you for responding. I believe there is a pre-load live now so hopefully we can get the keys today or tomorrow? :)

Yes there's a preload, we're aware it has started and are chasing Sony for the keys. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long.
