While I was able to redeem the "Activation - Steam" code in the United States, I was unable to activate the "Activation - Steam - Preorder" due to the region restrictions. Are there any plans to address the preorder code for US customers?
replyThe "Activation - Steam - Preorder" key was assigned in error. The pre-order content is included in your edition of the game. Once you activate the game key you will recieve the pre-order content too. No need for separate key. :)
replynow why was the region restriction changed FIVE days before release?? now US customers can't redeem their code, great. refunding.
replyWe were as surprised as you when we recently found out we would receive locked keys. Previous releases with the publisher weren't locked that way. Just for your information, we contacted the publisher earlier to ask for a solution for affected customers.
