I have bought the game today, however it says that it is in review.... May i know when will i get the keys ?

I could activate MGSV: TPP (global key) without VPN from Japan but the game was censored. It seems like that the censorship applied based on the country of activation.

以下は、MGS V: TPPの表現規制の有無について、私がGamesplanetのチームメンバーの方に質問をして得た回答です。※私はSteamでVPNを使用したことがないので、VPNを使って海外版TPPをアクチすれば表現規制を回避できるのかはわかりません。

Gamesplanetでは海外版のMGSV: TPPを購入することができ、Steam上でVPN無しでゲームをアクチ可能です。但し、キーをアクチする国が日本からだと、そのキーが海外版であろうが日本の規制仕様に変更される点に注意。また、ギフトで海外版キーを入手しても規制仕様になるようです。
ま、結論としては、ありがとうクソナミ。小島秀夫氏がKONAMIを離れて本当に良かった。

When I bought MGS V: GZ (global key) from Gamesplanet, I could activate the key without VPN from Japan and the game was not censored. I hope the same thing applies to MGS V: TPP.

@tomberino: Hi there, we have global uncensored keys. The restriction for Japan was lifted after the release, so we edited the notice. But I can't tell you which version will be unlocked, if you activate the game from Japan. It is always possible that Steam applies a censoreship based on the country of activiation.

I have two questions.

1. Is this a ROW or GLOBAL key?
   According to Hideo Kojima, MGS V: TPP (Japan Key) is censored and one violent scene is deleted. I want to play MGS V: TPP without ridiculous censorship.

2. Can I activate MGS V: TPP (ROW or GLOBAL) in Japan?
   Because there was a notice said - “This game can not be activated in Japan!”.
