Capcom has officially confirmed the preload times for the turn-based JRPG Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. If you don't want to waste any time, you can start preloading on March 11th at 4am GMT / 5am CET (March 10th at 9pm PT). The game itself will launch on March 13th (same time).

What is Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection?

For those who are not yet familiar with the Stories series: Instead of classic Monster Hunter hunting, the aim here is to find monsters' eggs, hatch them, and raise them as combat companions. Pokemon sends its regards. These loyal companions are called Monsties. Battles are turn-based and revolve around a rock-paper-scissors system of different attack and defense types, which gains considerable depth with bond attacks and coordinated double attacks.

The story of Part 3 revolves around two enemy kingdoms called Azuria and Vermeil, which are on the brink of destruction – until suddenly an egg appears from which a Rathalos species, thought to be extinct, hatches. Actually, two eggs, because they are twins with a special mark reminiscent of a war that took place 200 years ago. Between fate, monsters, and political tension, there's enough fuel for a full-blown JRPG story.
