Hi there, we don't handle currency conversions. The prices are as shown on our store. When you pay in foreign currency the conversion is handled by your bank, which means their currency exchange rate and their fees for paying in foreign currency. Please check with your bank and ask what were the costs to understand why you've paid that amount. I'm sure they will help.
Also, the product you bought wasn't 31 EUR but 31.49 GBP (you can see we are on UK store and prices are in GBP). 31.49 GBP is roughly 1261.08 TRY but that's a rough estimation from Google. As I've said - you'd need to check with your bank to ask what's their conversion rate and if there are any fees,
