i wonder if i use a UK vpn address will it let me activate in NA. ive activated a game like that before.
replyWouldn't suggest using a VPN since it's against Steam's policy, anything could happen to your account.

Do Europe keys work in New Zealand/Australia?

Sorry but that won't be possible, we could look into it for you but I doubt it. 2k have decided to put region locked codes on this title.

replyAs with most of the upcoming games we have for pre-order we'll make sure codes are out before launch, if a preload happens we want to give you guys plenty of time to download it so expect them a few days before.

replyHow do I know if the keys will work in Canada? Do you expect you will have keys for Canada before release of the game?
replyIt says at the top that these keys will only activate in Europe, Africa and middle East. We will not get any for Canada unfortunately.

reply2K has applied an activation lock for the keys. They'll unlock the game for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Afrika).
replyso we will not be able to use the key in NA .. so sad you had become my goto place for keys. is there a way around it or no?
replyAfraid not, 2k is only providing us with regional keys this time.
