Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 takes place in 2035 and follows David Mason and his JSOC team on a secret mission to the city of Avalon (as teased in the story trailer). There, they become entangled in a complex conspiracy with potential global consequences. The campaign can be played solo or in co-op, spanning multiple environments.
At launch, the multiplayer mode includes 16 6v6 maps and two 20v20 maps. The classic round-based Zombies mode also returns.
