Overwatch has already gained over 7 million players, a week after launch!
Who didn't see this coming? Blizzard has revealed exactly how many players have been playing their most recent title and it's quite a huge number for a game that has only been released for a week.

Overwatch has topped 7 million players with them swapping heroes over 326 million times, delivering 11 million caro on payload maps and playing at least 119 hours since release. This makes Overwatch one of the most successful global launch games ever and though unclear it might even be a top seller for Blizzard.
In other news cheaters may be receiving the swift hammer of justice as Blizzard have been busy catching and banning thousands of cheaters in their no nonsense approach.
What's next for Overwatch? The upcoming competitive mode which was last seen in closed beta is making it's return later this month after recently being told next month was an error on their official twitter. Beyond that it's just a matter of time before we get new maps, heroes and more - it's an exciting time!
