Thimbleweed Park Ransome Trailer
Ransome the clown narrates this latest trailer for Ron Gilbert's upcoming adventure game Thimbleweed Park, but he's not a happy person at all and sounds quite miserable.
After a successful kickstarter the game is shaping up to be just what we wanted, a game in the same vein as the games we grew up playing. With Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick (creator's of the original Maniac Mansion), you can expect the same sense of wonder as you had 25 years ago.
You will be able to switch between 5 characters as you explore the vast, strange, and manipulative world of Thimbleweed Park while unraveling a dark and humorous neo-noir mystery.
Puzzles will be in the classic style (much like the original Monkey Island titles), where players will be able to get humerous outcomes in a lovely pixel art style.
Thimbleweed Park will be coming to Windows, Mac, Xbox One, Linux and Mobile in early 2017 with other platforms being supported later.
