StarCraft and Brood War Patch 1.18 updates game for Modern Systems anc goes completely free!

Blizzard Offers classic RTS StarCraft for free and updates it to run on current PC Hardware, including the Brood War Expansion!

When it comes to RTS games, StarCraft is a name that needs no introduction and was one of the top games in the genre back in the late 90's. Fast forward to 2017 and it's sequel has spanned several expansions and is one of the world's largest eSports titles with various tournaments around the globe celebrating the smash hit. Today Blizzard Entertainment have given players something to smile about as the original game and it's expansion have been updated to run on modern systems, but that's not all as they've also released the game for FREE! Yes you've heard right, you can pick up both the original game (if you've never played it before) plus the Brood War expansion that adds in more units and extends the story of the original.

Grab the new updated StarCraft for PC or for MAC from the Blizzard site and pay nothing! Now all we need to do is wait for the Remastered version of StarCraft to work it's way out. There's no telling how long this offer will be up for (assuming it even expires) so don't delay and grab it today!

Speaking of the Remastered version, they announced last month that we'd be getting a new 4K-enhanced edition sometime later this year which adds even more improvements to the classic version.
