unable to active steam key
Whenever I try to active the key, steam says that I already own this item on this account. When I visited my osrs game, it says that I am not a member and need to buy membership. help!

Yes, I've had it before in the past. I've checked my steam account records and it says that no key was activated recently, which is odd, because when trying to active the product in steam it says that I already own the product. I've just contacted the support email.
