if i have a dell latitude e5440 with i5 with 8gb ram and 2.00 GHZ windows 10 pro will it run omsi 2?

replyW10 shouldn't be a problem as long as your laptop is powerful enough and comes with a decent graphic card. You can check the system requirements on the product page.
