Bandai Namco revives a classic: Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac announced for September 26th 2025

The traffic light is yellow: Bandai Namco has announced Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, a lovingly remastered remake of the 2002 3D platformer, for September 26, 2025. The new version brings back six varied worlds with revised level layouts, detailed environments and expanded collectibles, while relying on modernized controls to adapt the gameplay to today's standards.

For the first time, there is also a couch co-op mode for two players, new character customizations and English voice-overs that make the cutscenes seem more alive. Fans can also look forward to numerous quality-of-life improvements and a careful redesign of the boss battles, making Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac feel like a real remake without losing the charm of the original.
