No worries here. I have already posted on their facebook page, and they said keys would start coming this week.

Also please read the "FAQ" related to "Pre-Orders".

This site states that keys are acquired legally or within the law and from renown distributors ... I think this is about right.

They will be delivered before launch for sure, as we get them direct from Bethesda there is no need to fear us ;)

Are you sending out keys now? I get nervous when keys aren't delivered until launch. No preloading, risk of last-minute errors etc.

Keys are not available yet but don't worry, our plan is to send them before launch (basically as soon as a preload happens). Keep an eye out next week and they'll be out at some point!

Can I play this game in Chinese? because steam website claim this game could support Chinese.

If Steam doesn't list a language then it's unlikely it will support that, with regards to Prey it doesn't mention Chinese so I guess not :(

Confused about this release...

The release date is May 5th but in the description it says "Please note: Start of delivery of Japanese is scheduled for May 18, 2017". What does that mean? Would buying this from the US cause any issues?

Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion, the Japanese language support will be available around May 18th. This will not impact when you get the key as that will be available before release, same as everyone else. But you will not have Japanese language support at launch. Hope this clears things up!
