今回こちらのゲームを購入したのですが
スタート画面の時点で画面が固まってしまい
ゲームが一切プレイ出来ません
返金を希望したいのですが

Sorry to hear you're running into issues with the game, can you contact us via [email protected] and share your system specs with us please? The best way to do this would be to send us a DXDiag report.
To run a DxDiag report follow the steps below:
If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
replyClick on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt) and attach the file to your next msg.

reply上にバーチャルリアリティとあり
VR対応と言う事ですが
VRが無くてもこちらのゲーム購入してプレイ可能でしょうか？
分からないので教えて下さい よろしくお願いします
You don't need to play the game in VR, works perfectly fine without it. The VR is an added extra on top and was added post-launch to the game :)
