The keys for Resident Evil 4 have already arrived and are waiting in our database to be distributed to our pre-order customers.
Capcom has set the time for sending out the keys to the release at 00:00 GMT (March 24th for the UK store). The keys will then go out to you and land in your Gamesplanet account within a few minutes.
Unfortunately, Capcom has not planned a preload for Resident Evil 4 - sorry.
Don't let the waiting time get too long.

replyKeys will be sent by Capcom soon, most likely when a preload occurs (if one does). Worry not we've been working with the publisher for many many years and even on previous RE titles.

It looks like I can activate it in Japan, but if I can't activate it from Japan again after purchase, can I get a refund?
replyMain game will work, but buying DLC directly from Steam in the future may not.
