Hola, quisiera saber si hay alguna opcion de reembolso, ya que compré la key y no puede activarse ya que parece tener un bloqueo regional a pesar de que antes de comprar me aseguré de revisar en esta web si se podía activar en mi pais (venezuela).

Segun la web desde la version UK de Gamesplanet es valido para activarse en venezuela.

Hello, I would like to know if there is any option for a refund, as I purchased the activation key and it cannot be activated as it seems to have a regional lock despite me checking on this website before purchasing to ensure it could be activated in my country (Venezuela).
According to the website, the UK version of Gamesplanet should be valid for activation in Venezuela.

Hey, sorry about that it's indeed locked for Venezuela, but the lock was missing from the website. We'll get that refunded and have updated our locks. Thanks for informing us. Originally we did have keys for VE, but they changed a while back.
