However, when I launch the game, it displays "Region mismatch" and the DLC cannot be applied.

The ASUS promotion was very successful, and we had to order more keys from Capcom. We're simply waiting for Capcom to send us these additional keys, and then you can activate your Gamesplanet promo code to receive your free game.
This should be relatively quick. We'll get back to you as soon as the new keys arrive.

It seems the change was applied after I changed the language to "English" in the game's properties.
