Scrolling through the forums its obvious your system is broken. How you can allow a purchase being made before confirming an email is absurd. I've sent a mail please look at it.

Hey, so being completely honest with you it's a known issue with Microsoft emails recently that doesn't always seem to get emails from us. We are aware of it and trying to find a solution but it's on their end. Happy to resolve this by a simple email to us via [email protected] as a solution though. Usually we can reply in minutes.
