Capcom used the stage at The Game Awards 2025 to showcase three major projects. Last night's show offered fresh material on Resident Evil Requiem and Pragmata, as well as a real surprise: Mega Man: Dual Override was officially unveiled for the first time.
Leon S. Kennedy plays a central role in Resident Evil Requiem
Resident Evil Requiem clearly focuses on its two playable main characters in a new trailer. In addition to FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft, fan favorite Leon S. Kennedy also takes on a leading role—a return that many of you have been anticipating. Now we finally have confirmation. The combination of two perspectives is set to significantly enhance the experience and enable different approaches to gameplay. In addition, the planned release date of February 27, 2026, has been confirmed once again. If you want to get your hands on it early, you can already pre-order a Deluxe Edition on Gamesplanet, which offers additional content such as alternative outfits. The pre-order bonus, Grace's costume: Apocalypse, will also be included with the Standard Edition.

Pragmata gets a release date
Pragmata also returned with a new trailer and finally confirmed a binding date after previous delays: Pragmata will be released on April 24, 2026. Pre-sales for Pragmata will start shortly (including pre-order bonuses) on Gamesplanet.
The sci-fi adventure follows astronaut Hugh Williams and android girl Diana on the moon and features a mix of puzzle mechanics and action. A game with a strong futuristic setting that features a duo of protagonists as a central element of gameplay.
New Mega Man unveiled at Game Awards 2025
Capcom ended the show with a surprise premiere: Mega Man: Dual Override. The latest installment in a loooong series of Mega Man games is not scheduled for release until 2027 – just in time for the series' 40th anniversary. The blue-suited jumper has been around for 40 years, but he's still as agile as ever. The announcement trailer shows the hero with a slightly altered look and hints that Capcom wants to develop the series further with fresh ideas. Details are still scarce, but fans can rest assured that the studio will provide more information in the coming year.
