cant redeem
cant seem to be able to redeem it, i tried login in with ubisoft and it keeps saying it works but then when i get redirected to the redeem page i need to login again????

Most likely you've got an addon blocking the website preventing activation. Would suggest disabling it or while redeeming or using another browser.
