How am I supposed to redeem it when I can't even add the title to my cart because, I quote "Not available - Serial key not in stock"?

Chris, I appreciate that you're at Activisions mercy in this case and I am glad to hear that new keys are on the way! It's just frustrating when one's picked up a new GPU and gone through the ASUS hoops to get the voucher codes for Sekiro only to discover one can't redeem them at this time! Thank you for your quick reply, I appreciate the customer service!

I'm currently in Japan but I'm from EU, also my Steam account region is EU and not Japan. If I buy this version can I activate it here? Is the region lock based on my account's region or the physical one?

Adding to what my colleagues said earlier – If you activate through your mobile with a german SIM card, it will work just fine, as the GeoIP lookup would then be based on your SIM card settings. Once it's in Steam, it doesn't matter anymore.

It's usually based on your IP I believe so it wouldn't work there.
