replyIf i were to get the game in Europe, would i be able to play multiplayer with someone in another region, especially a region that is not featured such as Asia? Are there any restrictions on what i can do in the game because of the region locking?
replyHi, That's fine, there are no restrictions on where or who you play with. The only thing restricted is the activation :)

replyMilitary History Visualised didn't bring me here. But I'm a bit paranoid, and I went a checked his video because I know of him as a youtuber and consider him a trusted source.
Credit where credit's due, GamesPlanet sent my confirmation email immediately, and I was able to click 'Enable Product' in my GamesPlanet account which gave me a steam key immediately. I activated it on steam, and everything works fine.
