Sons of Valhalla: Launch Trailer & 1st Update

The beautiful 2D tactical action-RPG Sons of Valhalla, developped by Pixel Chest and published by Hooded Horse, which released yesterday, just got a new trailer and its first update.

In response to feedback from players, the developers have just released a first patch, the big change being that Horde mode is now unlocked right from the beginning rather than after completing the Campaign mode. This is an alternate endless mode where you lead Thorald Olavson and his troops in wave-based combat that will put your Viking warriors to the test as massive armies clash under your command. This update also includes buffed starter units at each level and more items to better withstand initial attacks in Campaign mode.

Cut a bloody swathe across England in this action-packed! Sons of Valhalla is a combat and base-building game set in the Viking Age. Build fortresses and lay siege to enemy strongholds, gather warriors and board longboats, and engage in personal combat as you raid and conquer across England.
