Star Trek: Outposts Unknown is ready to go – base-building in the age of Strange New Worlds

Star Trek: Outposts Unknown is now available: In this base-building strategy game, you’ll establish research outposts in the X’Lehari system and guide your crew through perilous encounters.

Base-building strategy in the Star Trek universe

Star Trek: Outposts Unknown, a base-building and management game for PC, is now available, placing you directly at the planning table from the captain’s chair. The strategy game was developed by Magic Fuel Games and published by Playstack. Instead of space battles, logistics, research and resource planning define your day-to-day life.

Your task: Build research stations in the X’Lehari system, organise the infrastructure and drive new technologies forward. The story is set in the 23rd century, during the era of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. You’ll encounter hostile environments, abandoned spaceships, ancient ruins and a mysterious cosmic force that threatens the entire system.

Crew management rather than phaser battles

In Outposts Unknown, simply having a few buildings on the map isn’t enough. You’ll assign tasks to your crew, train officers and face dangerous encounters. After all, even the finest supply chain is of little use if the crew is no longer fit for duty. So, less phaser action and more management – yet the call of the unknown remains as strong as ever.

We’ll send you the Steam key for Star Trek: Outposts Unknown straight after you place your order. There’s also a 25% discount to mark the launch.
