SFV: Character Introduction Series - Kolin
Kolin first made her appearance in Street Fighter III as a NPC but will see her playable debut in Street Fighter V as she is one of the new fighters coming with the Year 2 Season Pass! She is a conniving and devoted agent of the Illuminati, primarily serving as Gill's personal assistant. Kolin is also a master of ice moves and while she doesn't have an invincible reversal, she makes up for it by having hard hitting counters that can turn the battle.
Her V-Trigger, Diamond Dust, freezes the opponent's stun gauge. While in this special state, the stun gauge will not deplete and if Kolin is successful in stunning the opponent, they will be frozen in place.
Look for her release on February 28th, she will be the second character (after Akuma) to be released in the Year 2 Season Pass and 4 more characters will be coming throughout 2017.
