Just to inform others, if you had this issue, you need to redownload all parts manually in order to fix this.

Hi there, apparently one of the files didn't download correctly or is missing. Please check all downloaded files if you have them. You may need to redownload the file that is corrupted. You can use the direct links from your order page on Gamesplanet to download a single file you may be missing/is corrupted.

Hello, I really don't want to go through all 17 files, with incredibly slow Gamesplanet download rates, can I issue refund?

We're aware of download speeds being slower than normal and took measures to improve them over night, they should be better now. Please try downloading the files again or separately if that helps.
