Multiple downloading issues

Hi, I am new to this website and since Steam banned Super Seducer 3, I decided to buy it on Gamesplanet, but unfortunately, I have been trying multiple times to download all the files (for the record, they're too much :/)...but with multiple issues, such as: I am at file .bin5 and then the downloader got into an error. Then, I tried to download the files manually, but I've tried both Chrome and Firefox, but they're slow or they stuck into an error saying (unsuccessful download). I don't want to ask for a refund for this game, but I have the right to be able to download it without so many problems.

At the moment, I'm trying to re-download the game, starting from the file .bin1...Probably in a few days, I'll be able to play it... :'(

If the downloader is giving an error try running it as an admin (right click > run as administrator). Otherwise the separate files are generally the best way to go.

I've already tried to run the downloader as an admin, but the download process continues to get stuck. Downloading separate files has been an issue within an issue, so I don't know what to do.

I managed to download the files through a tool named Jdownloader, and finally the game has been installed. Though, I noticed that the folder has a size of 64GB. Since I've downloaded the .bin files, is it possible to delete them, since the installation of the game requires 32 GB? Because the game is a little bit laggy, and I think is due to the high size of the folder. I made some checks, and the folder of the game is 32 GB, but with all the .bin files, is 64 GB. Can I delete the .bin files, so that I can start the game regularly? Thanks.
