downloadspeed slow

it takes me 10 minutes to download 100mb. i had the same issue yesterday is this a common thing here if you pay for something you expect good downloadspeeds if this cant be fixed this wil be the last time i buy from you guys i buy this game here becouse i cant buy it anywhere else and i have to go through this hassle its a shame really
