Does the season pass give you Wild Run or do you have to get Wild Run then possibly season pass if you want these packs?

If you own the main game already, you are good to go! The activation key provided will enable the Season Pass within uPlay.

Hi Main18 - This purchase will get you a Uplay activation key for The Crew Season Pass. Just make sure you byt the Main game first or the gold edition which includes the season pass and the limited edition of the crew :)
