The Elder Scrolls Online: Update 44 revamps PvP battlegrounds in ESO
With Update 44 for The Elder Scrolls Online, the PvP mode on Battlegrounds is being overhauled. The update (which is available now), fixes some bugs in the game and adds some gameplay elements. Battlegrounds have been redesigned for two-sided PvP. On seven brand new maps, you can take on other players in 4v4 and 8v8 mode. If your characters are up to the online battles, you will receive special rewards and climb up the rankings. If you are an ESO Plus member, you will receive two new companions on top (also available for purchase in the Crown Store). Update 44 updates the base game and adds, for example, a new scribal grimoire.
The PC version now boasts HDR support. Four new skill styles, six new PvP item sets and other new features bring a breath of fresh air to the online role-playing game. Bethesda has released a video about the update, which you can watch here.
