“The Sinking City 2” Is Here: Launch Trailer for the “Resident Evil”-Style Lovecraft Horror Game

The game has been released: The Sinking City 2 is now available for PC, and to celebrate, developer Frogwares has released the launch trailer.

Arkham is sinking—you have to make your way through it

In The Sinking City 2, you take on the role of the new protagonist, Calvin Rafferty, who fights his way through the flooded port city of Arkham in the 1920s—third-person survival horror at its finest, inspired by H.P. Lovecraft. Ammo is scarce, every enemy is a potential threat, and every corner of the flooded city holds a new puzzle. Your inventory becomes a matter of survival, brief respites are hard-won, and taking shortcuts through unlocked paths leads you back to supplies and upgrades. Just like in Resident Evil.
