Sadly that's the way of things, as new technology is available it's unrealistic to expect publishers to support older software. Especially the smaller teams who may not have the resources to dedicate to it. Eventually Windows 10 support will come to an end too and people will need to start using Windows 11.
If you bought things like Photoshop and so on, I would imagine you could continue to use them if you have the license for it? Maybe you should check with their teams. Either way the choice is yours whether or not you upgrade. We can't force you to pick that :)
