I bought the Sinking City, click My Games in my account, says Ready for Download, so I click that, takes me to Sinking City but no links to download the game. Tried in Chrome and Edge browser in case one was blocking download prompt.
It's probably something really obvious. Any ideas?

Thanks. for the tip. Submitted email and got a response with an hour or so on a Sunday. Downloading now. I now understand that as I bought the game 2 or more weeks ago, I need to redeem within 14 days otherwise I lose the download link, but the email to Help fixed the issue. Great work guys!
