Yes that is correct. There are no region locks for this game and it does include Hungarian subtitles

Is this legit? Had a friend try to get the season pass at G2A and they gave the wrong key (Base Division Game), asked for a refund and basically didn't get one. Is this like a marketplace ?

No we're not like G2A. We're officially partnered with Ubisoft and are Authorized resellers, our keys come direct from Ubisoft :)
