replyI bought this game for a simple reason, in the 90s I played Theme Hospital and I loved the game, and it's not just that, I'm a big fan of SEGA, I recommend this game is very good :))
Indeed it's the spiritual successor to theme hospital and I believe some of the original team helped make two point. Still receives plenty of dlc with more locations, illnesses and items!

replyWe don't impose any restrictions in terms of purchase. Customer from region locked area is allowed to buy the game. It just won't activate in that region.
