Two Point Hospital: Bringing the characters to life
Later this year we'll finally get our hands on the upcoming Two Point Hospital, which is a spiritual successor to the classic Bullfrog Productions Theme Hospital. Like that game we'll be running out very own Hospital and curing patients of all forms of illness while also managing the Hospital itself.
Lead Designer Ben Huskins and Lead Animator Chris Knott recently spoke about the way they are bringing personality to the characters in the game with this new behind the scenes video. The developers want the characters to each have their own set of traits to define their personality, which will determine how the gameplay unfolds. For example you might have two argumentative people that could cause friction in the Hospital if they were to meet up. It'll be down to you to keep things in check as you manage not only the Hospital, but also the people in it.
Two Point Hospital is launching later this year for PC.
