Warhammer 40,000: Darktide - Nightmares & Visions update released

The latest update for Warhammer 40k: Darktide, ‘Nightmares & Visions’, is now available. This extensive update adds a wealth of new content and improvements to the game, and we'll explain exactly what's new.

Mortis Trials: New wave-based mode
With the Mortis Trials, the update introduces a new, challenging mode. Players will face visions created by ship psyker Sefoni and fight against waves of new enemies. During the trials, they can choose different abilities and buffs to customise their play style. Mastering the Mortis Trials also unlocks secret information about certain characters on the Mourningstar.

Improvements in Havoc mode
The endgame mode Havoc has been revised and expanded to include four new mutators. These new features offer even experienced players additional challenges.

Revision of the Ogryn talent tree
The Ogryn class has received a major overhaul to its talent tree. The goal of this adjustment is to give players more options for customising their builds. In addition, some of the Ogryn's weapons have been customised to further improve the player experience.

Limited time live event
Accompanying the update is a special limited-time event centered on the Mortis Trials. Players will have the opportunity to earn exclusive rewards and compete with others during this event.
