Yes, Gamesplanet delivers Space Marine 2 in time for Early Access - a message to our new customers
Does Gamesplanet generally deliver keys on time for Early Access, Preload, or just in time for releases? Absolutely. Here’s why.
We often receive questions in our support regarding key delivery from Gamesplanet. Especially now, just before the Early Access launch of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, we notice some uncertainty, which we’d like to address publicly here. These questions almost always come from new customers who have not yet experienced the Gamesplanet service and/or have previously dealt with questionable offers from certain other key sellers, where they sometimes had to wait days—or even longer—for their keys. Things work differently at Gamesplanet, largely because we have direct contracts with publishers and don’t obtain keys through dubious channels. We are an authorized key seller by publishers and developers, which sets us apart from most other platforms.
We’ve maintained a partnership with Focus Entertainment, the publisher of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, for many years. We deliver keys as soon as a publisher gives us the go-ahead—meaning by the game’s release at the latest, at the start of a preload phase (if there is one), or, as in the case of Space Marine 2, right on time for the start of Early Access. Buyers of the Gold and Ultra Editions of the Warhammer shooter get access to a four-day Early Access phase. And since we know (we’re gamers ourselves) how important it is to start downloading as early as possible, it’s our priority to send out keys as soon as we get the "GO!" from the publisher. Pre-order customers place great trust in us, and such a show of trust should always be well-placed with us.
So: When Focus Entertainment gives the green light at the start of Early Access, your Steam keys for Space Marine 2 will be ready in your Gamesplanet account on time. You’ll also receive an email from us notifying you of the delivery.
