Will Uplay not ban?

I've read on the internet that sometimes keys bought online will be banned by uplay, does that not happen here?

for sure. Geoloc restrictions, if any, are always clearly mentioned on the game page : for Watchdog 2, all Europe is available, no issue.

We are on Ubisoft's list of approved digital retailers, see here: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/Details/kA030000000em6HCAQ?name=list-of-approved-retailers

Unfortunately Ubisoft has more than one of those lists, sometimes it's called approved vendors, then again digital resellers, etc… which does not make it easy to follow up.
