Watch_Dogs 2 Post Launch DLC Plans including Free Updates for the next 3 months revealed!
Ubisoft delivering more free content to Watch_Dogs 2 over the next 3 months, in addition to more story driven paid DLC with the releases of No Compromis
There are no signs of life slowing down for the open world action hacking game Watch_Dogs 2, today Ubisoft announced that they will be supporting the game for many months to come with a host of free and paid DLC, including new multiplayer modes, outfits, weapons and more! The No Compromise DLC, which is making it's debut on PC on May 18th (or April 18th for Console) will add a new set of story missions that pit Marcus against the Russian mob.
Additionally the game will also receive the Showd0wn multiplayer mode (which was originally part of the No Compromise DLC), and that's going to be a Free update arriving on all platforms from April 17th. No Compromise will also include new outfits and vehicles (which can provide unique abilities), more nonlethal weapons, and single-player time trials that weren’t originally part of the package. If that wasn't enough, it's been revealed that the drone, motocross, and eKart races will be getting their very own multiplayer functionality, complete with leaderboards!
Plus you can expect a new type of "Armored Truck" event which will require players to hack an armored car while fighting off its reinforcements, and small tweaks such as quick swapping weapons, more clothing options, and a brand new paintball gun - which stuns enemies and put a splash of colour into the environment.
Here's a look at the DLC you can expect over the next 3 months:
It's clear that Ubisoft cares a great deal for the game, and to that end they are making sure players will have a steady dream of content to keep players busy for both multiplayer and single player activities.
The first round of Free DLC will start arriving from April 17th on all platforms, with the release of the Showd0wn multiplayer mode.
