cannot activate the game for some reason after purchase, it says it is unavailable in my region.

i've activated it on another account i've just made thats now set to be in the EU region. no need to refund.

Alright no worries, I don't understand why it would fail though. Codes are definitely valid for Europe. It's possible you may have an account issue with your Steam account that says its registered in another region. Either way hope you enjoy the game :)

i've tried both on the website and on the launcher and i keep getting the purchase failed error.

Hey, not sure why. Codes are valid for your region, maybe try using the website instead of the launcher. If you still have troubles email [email protected]
Would also make sure your region matches your location on Steam.
