I've bought Anno 1404 from Gamesplanet, order 5C1D4D3FA8AF6
but it doesn't appear as gold edition in the uplay manager.
Could you refund me please ? or give access to the gold ?

Hey, you did purchase the Gold Edition and all content is delivered to you. You'll be able to access the Venice Addon from the Game's folder.
