Wondering what will happen regarding censoring in Japan

My PC is a bit old and I wasn't sure this would run too well on it and bought an XB1 copy instead. Which I found out, via the photo mode, is censored in Japan (certain frescos have been removed from the Japanese version, i.e., those in the brothel).

I know the keys sold here activate in Japan, but would that get me an uncensored version? Strictly speaking, it should as PC versions don't need to be rated by CERO and other games censored on consoles have been uncensored on PC. But no harm in asking before buying a second copy, right?
