after that when do I get the code for battle net?

There's no code for battlenet at this stage (neither for the beta or the game itself): you register your beta code we provided on the cod beta site and then you'll receive an email from activision with a beta token for the beta.

Soon (the message once the beta code registered says "close to the beta start) as the beta start tomorrow. For the exact timing maybe ask directly to the publisher as they're the one managing this part of the process (>https://support.activision.com/Contact_Us)
