i have yet to recieve a email with the beta from activision
replyNeither have we, though we were able to install / preload the beta. Did you check your Battle Net to see if that was possible for you?

replyOpen Battle Net and find the COD Black Ops 4 Tab, it should allow you to Install it which is preloading.

replyAfter an hour of looking for the solution of the battle.net error i have finally downloaded the launcher and i am indeed preloading black ops 4
