I tried to buy it from you guys but it didn't work for some reason even with conversion and possible conversion cost but now I got a copy from my friend that he said he bought here but I didn't get the 1100 cod points? Apparently the system has been added but I haven't gotten anything yet

Hey, as far as we know the COD points have yet to be delivered on PC. When they are available you'll get them added to your game automatically.

They are out now but still no cod points. Not sure if it's delayed or not?

They should be available for you, try restarting the game. Also if you're still having issues please send us a screenshot of the Black Market section in the game.

Not sure where you bought the game from, as it's not from us we cannot comment on points from other places. Would suggest reaching out to Blizzard/Activision to assist you.
