hi man so i live in the middle east UAE to be exact and i bough a key from xxxx and it was for middle east and africa only my account is from the uae located in the middle east but when i try to redeem it it says Sorry, this product is not available in your country., i made new accounts germany,usa.uk all said the same thing

You should reach out to the retailer you purchased from for assistance, or contact Blizzard/Activision as we cannot offer support sadly.
