COD Beta Key does not work

I just tried to reedem it online at the official Blizzard page and I had no luck. Why it can not be activated. Do I have to wait for release or what?

Hello. I have an update . I could reedem the code and install the game. It is 5pmGMT 9/14/2018 so I should be able to play the game but when i open the app it says sth about the dates of The Beta and that I should restart the game. But whenever I do that it doesn't work... Am i doing sth wrong???

That's odd, did you get a Beta code from Activison on your account page? - https://profile.callofduty.com/promotions/redeem/bo4/beta

If you've entered it all that correctly, installed and everything is working as intended there may be an issue with the game itself. Please forward your system specs and screenshots of the problem you're facing to [email protected]
