The GTX 660 supports DirectX 11 natively, that should not be an issue for you. But it depends on your Version of Windows if DirectX 11 is available or not.
DirectX 11.1 – availabe from Windows 7
DirectX 11.2 – available from Windows 8.1
DirectX 11.3 – available from Windows 10
